Coaching is different from Recruiting. We are not recruiters and therefore, we do no take action on your behalf to locate potential opportunities. Instead, we help you build the skills to manage your carer, uncover opportunities and land the ideal role.

We accept both self-pay and corporate sponsorship. We offer financing options. Many companies will reimburse you for coaching. Ask your employer or ask us your best approach to investing in your career through coaching.

AM I OBLIGATED TO ENGAGE WITH YOU IF I DO A CONSULTATION?

You are not obligated to purchase any service at your consultation. As a matter of fact, we don't believe in the "hard sell". We will not ask you to purchase on the spot. We want you to understand that this is a great investment and that you need to be comfortable with it. Additionally, while we have the expertise to help a variety of professionals in numerous situations, we don't believe everyone is right for coaching. Our consultation goes two-ways: We want you to determine if our services are right for you while we want to determine if you are an action-oriented person that will immerse themselves in the coaching process. We do not hard-sell. It is against our philosophy because willing participants make the best coachees. Those that have to be talked into it do not make good coachees.

HOW MUCH DOES COACHING COST?

The investment in your career depends on your circumstances and matching you with the program that will accomplish your objectives. But to give you an idea, you can expect to spend at least one thousand dollars to several thousand dollars. We believe coaching is an investment in your career. Your career is likely your greatest earnings potential. You should consider career and executive coaching an investment, much like an advanced degree or certification.
