Duties & Responsibilities
Provide coaching in various formats: one-on-one, group workshops, E-learning for both retail and commercial engagements
Manage the client relationship and project process and adhere to terms of the client engagement agreement
Learn and adhere to Bridgepath Career Advisors coaching process and methodology
Engage and develop trusted relationships with all customers
Seek and cultivate prospects
Engage actively in social media to promote the brand of the company and yourself
Conduct marketing speaking events in-person or by webinars
Produce thought leadership by writing articles or creating products
Employ networking skills and strategy
Attend all firm meetings such as bi-weekly team meetings and monthly marketing meetings
Represent the firm’s brand for all products and client interactions
Communicate status and questions to the CEO on weekly call or as needed throughout the week
Participate in ongoing training
We offer comprehensive training for Executive and Career Coaching. All coaches must pass our training certification course within two months of joining the company and become certified with our third-party personality assessment tool within 6 months.
We support, from a central location, all marketing efforts. We pay for technology used for marketing and servicing clients as well as marketing materials. Coach must have and pay for their phone, computer, internet and any travel.
The role is executed virtually with a flexible schedule. The candidate must be available to provide at least 20 hours per week.
Measurement and Reporting
Deliver reporting on networking, marketing events and social media engagement on a regular basis using the company’s reporting tools.
MBA or Advanced Degree preferred
Must be comfortable with working on a virtual team with a virtual manager
Business experience in any function or industry of 10+ years
Coaching experience not necessary
Virtual; coach can be based anywhere in the world.
The position is paid on a full-commission schedule. There is no maximum to what can be earned. We offer a paid incentive trip each year when our associates attain our President’s Club.
