SCOTT BELL, MBA
Scott Bell, MBA, is a Principal Consultant at Bridgepath Career Advisors, LLC where he leads executives to uncover and capitalize on their leadership potential and reach the next level of performance for themselves, their teams and their organizations. Scott’s leadership experience with major corporations along with experience in global leadership development and building highly diverse teams, has driven individual and corporate success in the high-tech industry.
In addition to his role with Bridgepath, Scott is on the Advisory Board of the Trulaske Sr., College of Business, University of Missouri in St. Louis International MBA program. He has served as a speaker and the keynote speaker for the University’s annual International Business Career Conference. Scott studied for his MBA at Washington University and completed it at the University of Missouri, St. Louis. He also has a Bachelor’s of Architecture from the University of Illinois.
Prior to joining Bridgepath, Scott was Vice President of Global Sales Operations for Siemens PLM responsible for Global Sales Leadership processes, policies, and systems. He led the global Sales Leadership training and team building for over 10 years. Scott built a successful career with Siemens and being rewarded with expanded responsibilities and promotions through his nearly four decades with the company. Scott’s career began with IBM and in 2000 he wrote and published a book on Sales and Marketing leadership, “The Art of Competing”.
